He has been Zalaegerszeg's and Diósgyőr's defender in Hungary, and during his career, he has also played in England, the Netherlands, Poland, Ukraine, and China.
"I definitely wanted to come home to Hungary still feeling strong, that I have big plans in Újpest. Obviously, the top priority is to stay in the first division this season and then show my and the team's best performance next year," Kádár told the club's website.
The new signee will wear jersey 44.
