A familiar face appeared at the Szusza Ferenc Stadion before the Hungarian national team's preparation match against Ireland. Former Mol Fehérvár FC (in that time: Videoton) and Portuguese national team player Marco Caneira, who, as it turns out, will work for the Portuguese television during the European Championship. In front of NSO TV's camera, he talked about how he thinks his compatriots would have a tougher fight against Hungary than France. Watch the video below to find out why.

According to Marco Caneira, the Hungarian national team consists of strong players.

“I think it's a good team, Hungary has a good group. Plus, their coach, Marco Rossi, is an excellent professional who's doing a wonderful job. They could await the match against Portugal with good omens as it will be a little different from the previous ones – the arena will be full of nearly 70,000 spectators. For one and a half years, we've been playing in stadiums without fans. And I think this can make a difference for the Hungarian national team.”

In our video, he also talks about how the match against Hungary can be even more difficult than the one against France. He also has a few words about the tournament's shoo-ins as well as about his good friend, Nemanja Nikolics.
